Your physician will develop a personalized treatment program for you and introduce you to your treatment team. That team includes an experienced oncology nurse to answer your questions and help guide you through the treatment program, a pharmacist specially trained in cancer treatment protocols and medications, and a social worker skilled in helping you and your family access the many resources available to support you. If Infusion Therapy is part of your treatment plan, your Kelsey pharmacist will meet privately with you for individualized education. Your treatment team - physician, nurse, pharmacist, social worker - knows and understands your situation in detail, and your specialized treatment plan.
