Conveniently located at Kelsey-Seybold's Main Campus Clinic and Spring Medical and Diagnostic Center, the Kelsey-Seybold Infusion Therapy Center offers patients a comfortable and caring alternative to the hospital setting for receiving infusion therapy. Both locations offer free, street-level parking. The Main Campus also offers complimentary valet service.

Our multidisciplinary team of hematologists/oncologists, chemotherapy-certified nurses, pharmacists and social workers help coordinate care and make sure our patients and their families are treated with compassion and respect. Our experienced nurses cultivate close relationships with our patients who come for daily, weekly or monthly treatments for extended periods.

Designed to offer a warm and comfortable atmosphere, the centers are equipped with 15 individual bays. Each room has its own television with a DVD/VCR player. Patients and their families are provided complimentary light snacks on premises, and at the Main Campus, Luby's, etc. on the second floor offers many choices for breakfast and lunch. Vending machines are available at both sites.

Infusion Center Services
Our Infusion Center services include:

• Chemotherapy

• Injectable anticoagulants

• Administration of ordered medications into a vein including antibiotics, antifungals, antivirals and hydration solutions

• Patient teaching and education

• Routine care for venous access devices

• Ambulatory pumps

• Iron infusions

• IVIG-immune globulin (gamma globulin)

• Therapeutic phlebotomies

• Remicade and other biotherapy treatments

Cancer Center Services
The Infusion Centers are housed within the Kelsey-Seybold Cancer Center at the Main Campus and at Spring Medical and Diagnostic Center. In addition to chemotherapy and infusion therapy, the Cancer Center offers minimally-invasive breast biopsies, genetic testing for breast, ovarian and colon cancer and other imaging studies.
