Donald Owens, M.D. joined Kelsey-Seybold in 1966. He is certified by the American Board of Dermatology, sub-certified in Dermatopathology and cares for his patients at our West Clinic location. Dr. Owens speaks Spanish.
Professional Background
In 1961, Dr. Owens completed medical school at The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. In 1962, he finished a residency in Internal Medicine at the VA Hospital in Oklahoma City, Okla. before coming to Baylor College of Medicine, where he finished his Dermatology residency in 1965.

Dr. Owens is a clinical associate professor of Dermatology at Baylor College of Medicine.
